WDR type electric heating boiler is a horizontal heating boilertaking electricity as power source introduced by hengxin boilergroup,mainly incduding electric heating steam boiler,electricheating atmospheric pressure hot water boiler and electricheating pressure hot water boiler.It uses electricity as heatingenergy,and will not produce waste gas,waste residue,waste,etcin the working process.It not only improves the workingenvironment of workers,but also meets the requirements of thenational environmental protection palicy,is a kind of boiler thatmeets customers'requirements.Compared with other boilers,italso has the characteristics of small noise,stable operation,convenient operation and high thermal efficiency,etc.
WDR type electric heating boiler adopts the separation methodof electric control cabinet and fumace body,which ovoids theproblem of aging of components becouse of heating andimproves the service life.The boiler body adopts boiler steel plate,both longitudinal and girth welds are outomatically welded,andX-ray inspection is carried out,which not only ensures the qualityof the boiler,but also improves the aesthetic appearance.Inaddition,it can also automatically track and detect the circulatingpump,and control the starting or closing of the circulating pumpaccording to the outlet water temperoture to meet therequirements of daily work.

6、The boiler adopts the design of progressive loading or load reduction,which effectively protects the heating element,reduces the impact on the power grid and extends the service life.
7、The heating device selects ceramic electric heating tube whose surface load is several times lower than metal heating tube,which extends service life and improves thermal efficiency by up to 99%.
8、Multiple different working time periods can be set in a day according to needs.
