YY(Q)W gas and oil thermal oil heater is a new type of heatingequipment,which uses oil or gas as fuel and heat conducting oilas medium.It uses circulating oil pump and forced heatconducting oil to conduct liquid phase circulation.The heatenergy is transported to the heating equipment and then retunto the heating fumoce for reheating,with working features ofower pressure and high temperature.In addition,it can alsodischarge two or more heat conducting alls at differenttemperatures occording to customers'requirements.Therefore,itis widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,textile,printingand dyeing,plastics,food and other industries,and has beenunanimously trusted and recognized by customers.
YY(Q)W gas and oil thermal oil heater adopts horizontal three-way structure.The heating surface is with compact structure,mainly composed of the radiation heating surface consisted ofthe inner coil pipes and the canvection heating surface consistedof the middle and outer coil pipes and the inner coil pipes.Thefuel is burned in the combustion chamber and exothermic.Afterthe heating surface absorbs most of the heat,the smoke entersthe convection heating surface to exchange heat.Finally,thesmoke is sent to the chimney by the induced draught fan until itis discharged into the atmosphere.With high system utilization,corvenient operation and maintenance,perfect control system,energy saving,environmental protection and safety,it is the firstchoice for present ideal heating supply equipment.
